Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

Welcome to KAIZEN 360 LLC. By accessing and using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before hiring any service.

1. Acceptance of terms

Using this site implies full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part, we recommend not using the site or hiring our services.

2. Services

KAIZEN 360 offers website design, AI chatbot development and process automation services for local businesses and small companies. The specific scope of each project is defined in the proposal or agreement accepted by the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service, notifying the client when applicable.

3. Quotes and payments

Every quote is an estimate based on the information provided by the client. Prices, payment methods and schedules are set in each project's agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Missed payments may suspend delivery or continuity of the service.

4. Monthly maintenance

Projects include a mandatory monthly maintenance plan covering support, updates and continuous improvement. Specific conditions are detailed in each project's proposal.

5. Project scope

The scope of each project is defined in the accepted proposal. Any additional feature or work outside that scope is quoted separately.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, materials and access needed to execute the project. Delays caused by missing content from the client may affect the agreed timelines.

7. Intellectual property and data

Once full payment is completed, the client receives usage rights to the delivered work. The client's business data and their customers' data belong to the client. KAIZEN 360 retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

KAIZEN 360 is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of income or interruptions arising from third-party services (hosting, messaging platforms, external APIs) outside our direct control.

9. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the service with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billed proportionally and payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this site. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the changes.

11. Contact
